Thank you for shopping with tarifvo.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Order Cancellations
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
- To cancel, email support@tarifvo.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has already been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel it.
Returns
- To initiate a return, contact Customer Support at support@tarifvo.com within 30 calendar days of delivery to obtain the return address and instructions.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- For items personalised (or any items with a size chart): returns and exchanges are not accepted unless we sent the wrong size or an incorrect product. Please check size charts carefully before ordering.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Use a trackable shipping service; we’re not liable for parcels lost during return transit.
- As we operate internationally, returns are processed through our global returns center in China.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged, email support@tarifvo.com within 7 days of receipt.
- Include photos or a video clearly showing the damage.
- After review and confirmation, you may choose one of the following:
- A replacement sent free of charge
- A store credit voucher
- A full refund to your original payment method
Incorrect Products
- If you receive an incorrect item, contact support@tarifvo.com with photos of what you received.
- We will verify against the product page specifications.
- If confirmed incorrect, you may choose:
- A replacement product
- A store credit
- A full refund
